Please contact Paychex Store at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning items. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Paychex Store will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), which must be included with the return. To receive a refund or credit, your returned item(s) must be in "like new" condition. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of the refund.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method for purchase price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using shipping insurance. Paychex Store is unable to provide refunds for items that do not arrive at the Rochester, NY Distribution Center.
Refunds are issued after purchased items arrive in the Rochester, NY Distribution Center.
Digital purchases such as USB drives may not be returned.
Sale or Discounted Products
Refunds are issued for the price of the item at the time of sale.
Replacements and Exchanges
Please email our Customer Service team if you would like to exchange an item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will ship a replacement of the exact item. 15% restocking fees may apply.
